FAO: All A24 Group Agency Workers

March 2012

Streamlining of A24 Group payroll systems and timesheet submission deadlines for Easter 2012.

From early April 2012 all A24 Group agency pay will be processed from ONE streamlined payroll system.

We currently operate separate payroll systems for each of the following agencies within the A24 Group Limited:

  • Ambition 24 Hours
  • BNA
  • Nursing Services of the UK
  • Grosvenor
  • Mayfair

These will be combined into a single payroll so irrespective of which of our agencies you do an assignment for you will be paid on the single, streamlined payroll. This simplification brings many benefits including:

  • You will receive ONE payslip for all the work you do, on a weekly basis, for the A24 Group
  • You will have ONE tax code, despite working through more than one of the above divisions of the A24 Group
  • Clarity of your pay records from us i.e. all information on one payslip

Note - this does not affect timesheets. You must continue to use the timesheet of the agency for who you are working.

The ‘go live’ date for this project is Monday 2nd April 2012. To achieve this we must follow timescales as follows:

  • Timesheets received on Monday 26,Tuesday 27 and Wednesday 28 March 2012 for work done on these three dates will be paid on Thursday 5th April 2012 (Friday 6 April is a bank holiday). To meet this pay day timesheets must be received by Wednesday 28 March 2012
  • Timesheets for shifts of Thursday 29 March to Thursday 5 April 2012 will be paid on Friday 13 April 2012. Due to bank holidays on Friday 6 and Monday 9 April 2012 to achieve this pay date timesheets must be at the Sutton office no later than 12:00 midday on Thursday 5 April 2012

Additionally, please click here to download a p46 that all agency workers are required to complete and return (even if you have recently returned one to us) in order for us to correctly reflect your tax code for the new streamlined payroll system.

By completing and returning the attached p46 to us as soon as possible we can ensure that your payroll records (from a tax perspective) are accurate from the onset of the new tax year and that you do not pay too much tax.

REMINDER: Although you will only be receiving one payslip, you must still complete the correct timesheet depending on which agency you work through.

Yours sincerely
